If you become aware of or suspect any violation of the Velcro Code of Conduct or other company policies, or if you or any of your colleagues experience fraud or sexual harassment, report it immediately to your supervisor, manager, local HR department Or human resources representative. If you do not want to report to the above personnel, you can use Velcro’s anonymous compliance hotline provided by a third-party service company. You can report your concerns anonymously without fear of retaliation.

Once your concerns are submitted, they will be immediately reported to the Compliance Committee (GGC) for review. CGC is made up of our chief financial officer, chief operating officer, chief corporate affairs officer, vice president of human resources, general counsel, and myself.
We will also provide you with a confidential report access number and ask for your personal password and security questions. You can use the access number and password to check the status of the report on the hotline website, and to send and receive anonymous messages related to your report at any time. If you provide an email address, you will also receive an email notification about the status update.
We encourage you to report incidents of behavior, fraud or sexual harassment that you found to be in violation of our Code of Conduct and other company policies.
